2. Remote Access
The customer voluntarily grants temporary AnyDesk access. Kura Tweaks only accesses system-relevant settings. Access is terminated immediately after the session.
3. No Guarantee
Results vary depending on hardware and system configuration. No specific performance improvements are guaranteed.
4. Payments & Refunds
All payments are due after the session. All sales are final. No refunds once a session is completed. Kura Tweaks reserves the right to refuse service.
5. Customer Responsibility
The customer is solely responsible for creating backups before any session. Kura Tweaks is not responsible for data loss during or after a session.
6. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing any service, the customer confirms they have read and agreed to all terms. These apply to all services including tweaks, banners and websites.

All purchases exclusively via Discord. Open a ticket and mention the package you want.
Join our Discord server at discord.gg/PEqmYWjEM2, open a ticket in the ticket channel, select your package and we will get back to you as soon as possible. All payments are made manually via Discord after the session.
Download AnyDesk from anydesk.com. Once you've booked, we will ask for your AnyDesk ID. You grant us temporary access, we apply the tweaks, and immediately terminate the session afterwards. You can watch everything in real time.
Yes, as long as you only grant access to trusted people. With Kura Tweaks, we only access system-relevant settings. You can see every action in real time and can terminate the session at any time by pressing the X in AnyDesk.
Results vary greatly depending on your hardware, current system state and the games you play. We cannot guarantee specific numbers, but most customers notice a significant improvement in FPS stability and overall system responsiveness.
Yes! We recommend creating a Windows restore point before any session. Most tweaks can be reverted. For Standard package customers, we also offer a reset option. Always back up important data before any session.
We support Windows 10 (version 1903 and later) and Windows 11 (all versions). Both 32-bit and 64-bit systems are supported, though 64-bit is recommended for best results.
Standard sessions take approximately 20 minutes. Premium sessions can take up to 1 hour depending on the scope. BIOS tweaks also take around 20 minutes. We will always give you an estimated time when you open a ticket.
