Yes. Before we go live we summarize scope in your Discord ticket: what we will do, what we won’t (e.g. no piracy, no anti-cheat bypass), and which package applies. That keeps the session fair and predictable.

Open a Discord ticket for orders and support: we aim for a first reply within 12–24 hours maximum (often quicker on busy days). We deliberately keep limited weekly capacity — about ~20 live sessions — so we don’t overbook; slots are confirmed in the ticket after we reply. Since October 2025 we’ve completed 600+ tweak sessions with strong customer satisfaction.

After we agree on Discord and payment is arranged, we schedule your slot within our limited weekly capacity and confirm scope in writing in the ticket (included / not included). At session time you accept AnyDesk; duration matches your package (Standard ≈20 minutes, Premium up to about an hour, BIOS ≈20 minutes — we confirm when you book). We explain changes as we go. We do not install pirated software, crack games, bypass anti-cheat, or run anonymous one-click “optimizer” bundles. When the session ends, we recap what changed; follow-up is on Discord within the scope in our Legal section.

You can absolutely try DIY tuning — we even share free .bat tweaks on Discord you can open in Notepad to see every command (see the free-tweaks FAQ). The problem is random scripts and “Windows optimizer” packs elsewhere: they often hide aggressive or outdated tweaks that break updates, security, or stability. A paid session is live, manual, and explainable — scoped to your CPU, GPU, RAM, and games — which is why many people book after a bad experience with mystery tools.

Install AnyDesk from anydesk.com. After booking, we ask for your AnyDesk address. You accept the connection, we optimize Windows settings (and more for Premium/BIOS), then end the session. You can watch every step live.

Only grant remote access to people you trust. We use AnyDesk for transparent, real-time work on system settings. You can disconnect anytime. We do not ask for unrelated passwords beyond what Windows needs for the session.

Gains depend on CPU, GPU, RAM, drivers, thermals, background apps, and the game. We never promise exact FPS numbers. Many users see smoother frametimes, fewer stutters, and better 1% lows after a proper Windows & game-focused tune.

We recommend a restore point before the session. Most changes can be rolled back. Standard customers can use our reset option where offered. Always back up important files; we are not responsible for data loss (see Legal in the menu for Disclaimer & Terms).

Windows 10 (1903+) and Windows 11 (all current builds). 64-bit is strongly recommended for gaming. 32-bit is limited; ask on Discord if you are unsure.

Yes. On Discord we publish free .bat tweaks everyone can use: open them in any text editor and you can read every line before you run anything — they’re built to be transparent and conservative for typical gaming PCs. On request we can also share stronger “Nuklear” free tweaks that go further than the standard public set; those can cause instability on weaker or exotic setups and are still not a substitute for a paid Standard session, which is safer, broader, and fully guided on AnyDesk.

We focus on safe, performance-related cleanup and settings — not reckless “nuke everything” scripts. We disable or trim what commonly hurts gaming latency and disk/CPU usage while keeping your system stable and updatable.

We tune power options, game-related services, scheduling, storage, and other Windows layers that affect frame pacing. “Best” always depends on your hardware; we adjust for competitive play where it makes sense without breaking updates or security basics.

Yes, often. DPC latency, background load, bad power states, and misconfigured USB/network stacks can cause feel issues beyond raw FPS. Premium covers more of this than Standard. We cannot fix broken hardware or ISP problems.

Our BIOS service targets sensible UEFI settings for stability and performance — including enabling XMP or EXPO when your RAM supports it, plus relevant CPU/RAM-related options. Wrong RAM profiles can be unstable; we work with your motherboard manual and hardware limits.

Premium includes network-oriented Windows tuning. Your route to the game server still depends on ISP, location, and hardware. Use Ethernet when possible; we can suggest adapter and stack settings that often help consistency.

We configure power plans and related settings so the CPU/GPU and USB devices are less likely to enter aggressive power-saving during games. Laptops still thermal-throttle — we balance noise, heat, and performance with you where relevant.

Our Fortnite config service optimizes in-game settings and config files for your target FPS and clarity — Fortnite only; it does not include Windows tuning. Results vary by season, drivers, and hardware. Book Standard or Premium separately if you also want full PC optimization.

Windows and system tuning benefits most multiplayer titles. Game-specific configs are centered on Fortnite as a listed service; for other games, Premium Windows tuning plus general guidance on Discord is usually the right fit — ask before booking.

OBS Tweaks are €5 as a package. We help with encoder choice, bitrate, resolution/FPS tradeoffs, and scene setup goals so streams are smoother and clearer on your hardware. Book on Discord.

Many tools are adware, snake oil, or apply blind registry hacks. Kura Tweaks is manual, explainable tuning — you see what changes via AnyDesk. That is safer and more effective than mystery “boost” buttons.

Laptops gain from the same Windows and power tuning, but thermal and GPU wattage caps limit headroom. We still reduce background overhead and tune what the machine can sustain. Expect smaller FPS jumps than on a well-cooled desktop. Important: for laptops we accept no liability of any kind — see Legal section 14 before booking.

Driver state matters for stability. During a session we may recommend or guide a clean driver reinstall (e.g. DDU in safe mode) when it fits your issue. Always follow backup steps before major driver work.

We evaluate these per system and game. Some titles benefit from specific combinations; others regress. Premium is the right package if you want deeper experimentation with documented rollback.

We do not use cheats or kernel hacks. Normal Windows and game settings changes are generally allowed, but publishers change rules. You must follow each game’s terms of service. We cannot guarantee account status — see the Legal page.

We serve customers worldwide. Communication is primarily English on Discord; German speakers are welcome — product descriptions are also available DE/EN on the Details page. Session times are coordinated per message.

Create a restore point and back up important data. Have your Windows/Microsoft password ready if prompts appear. For BIOS work, know how to enter UEFI and have a charged laptop on AC power. Close sensitive personal windows before connecting.

Bundles save roughly 5–10% versus buying items separately. See the Packages grid on the site for current combo prices and ask for the same bundle name on Discord when ordering.

We sometimes run a bring-a-friend style perk on Discord: for example, if your friend books their first paid session and you are booking Premium, we may add something extra — such as BIOS tweaks included at no charge — as a thank-you. Eligibility, timing, and the exact bonus are always decided by us case by case; ask in your ticket so we can confirm what applies.

Payment timing is agreed on Discord (typically after the session as listed on the site). Completed services are final — no refunds once delivered. If you disagree with the policy, do not book until you are comfortable. If something feels wrong, read Legal first (sections on refunds, disputes, and laptops) so you know what is predictable — including when we fix issues we caused vs. when new paid work is needed for self-inflicted problems.

Open a Discord ticket and read the Legal tab first — refunds and remedies are defined there so expectations stay clear. In short: if we caused demonstrable harm during your session inside the agreed scope, we work in good faith to put it right where reasonably possible without charging again for that mistake. Self-inflicted damage after the session (ignoring advice, random tools, etc.) is not included and may need a new paid booking to clean up. For laptops, we accept no liability at all — see Legal section 14.

Not usually. Tuning an existing install is our normal workflow. If your OS is corrupted or full of malware, a clean install may be smarter — we can advise on Discord before you pay for tuning.

We do not disable security blindly. Sometimes targeted folders or games need Defender exclusions to stop scan spikes during play — we only suggest changes that match your setup and risk tolerance.

Disabling the page file often causes stutters or crashes when RAM fills. We set sensible Windows-managed or fixed sizes based on your RAM and workload — not TikTok myths.
